Inaugural Wellness Hospitality Conference to be held in Milan

The inaugural Wellness Hospitality Conference will be to be held at NH Hotel in Milan on November 22, 2023. European Spa is a proud media partner to this new event, dedicated to the world of wellness and hospitality.

More than 30 international speakers will present on a range of inspiring topics from operational spa management to the growth of wellness and how this relates to the wider hospitality industry.

Speakers will also address spa design, people skills and wider trends.

Panel discussions and keynotes

The conference will feature a series of panel discussions and keynotes in Italian and English. Panels will be coordinated by a moderator to stimulate thought-provoking conversations.

Educational seminars and round tables will make up the day’s programme, all designed to create debate and foster the exchange of ideas.

Property case studies and testimonials will be offered by regional operators to demonstrate how to achieve success in spa and wellness.

Speaker programme at Wellness Hospitality Conference

Visitors at the Wellness Hospitality Conference will have the opportunity to listen to and network with leading national and international speakers.

These include architects, thought-leaders, global spa directors and directors of Italy’s leading spas alongside spa managers and spa consultants.

The speaker programme includes Emlyn Brown, senior vice president of wellbeing, strategy, design and development at Accor and Kent Richards, corporate operations director, Six Senses Spas.

The future of wellness

European Spa’s founding editor, Sarah Camilleri, will be speaking with Michael Newcombe, vice president, spa and wellness at Four Seasons about the direction of travel for the wellness industry.

Delegates can also expect to hear from Amy Goller Keller, president, beauty and wellness consulting, Alberto Apostoli, founder of Studio Apostoli and corporate happiness coach Erica D’Angelo.

With 30 partner companies and more than 500 participants already registered, the Wellness Hospitality Conference is said to be the only full-day event in Italy dedicated to wellness in hospitality.

Its programme will cover the evolution of wellness and the trends influencing the sector. It will also address the concepts and innovations required by spa to meet guests’ services and needs.
