The Casin’Anand Green Resort and wellness facility has opened in South Italy.

Spa facilities include a large yoga room for meditation and workshops, a 17-foot outdoor infinity pool, two spa pools, a relaxation room and a Technogym-equipped fitness area.

The outdoor swimming pool blends into the surrounding countryside, with cascading walls, hammocks and avocado, camphor and walnut trees.

There is also a second, more intimate spa complex with a hot tub, alongside a nine-seater Finnish sauna, balneotherapy facilities and dedicated rooms for massages and rituals.

The small spa is dedicated to tailor-made treatments with natural products made from locally-grown flowers and aromatic herbs.

Creating a path through the chakras

The main indoor spa is located in the old wine-pressing room, with heated benches and loungers, a frigidarium for cold water immersion, a hammam and emotional showers.

All therapists are freelancers trained in bespoke Casin’Anand rituals.

Nestled in the picturesque town of Novoli, just outside Lecce in Salento, Puglia, Casin’Anand draws inspiration from the region’s history and the philosophy of Kundalini yoga.

Individual garden spaces

The Casina has 10 uniquely designed rooms, an apartment and a suite. Each space provides a distinct atmosphere.

The Blu Room, for example, is connected to the fifth chakra Vishudda, offering Middle Eastern-inspired surroundings and a private pool on the terrace.

The other nine rooms create a path through the chakras.

Gardens include the Sicilian garden, with beehives producing the resort’s own honey, the organic garden, the lower garden, the labyrinth, the fire garden and the Japanese garden.

“Casin'Anand was born out of the need to be a tangible example of the change we all talk about... a desire to create a place where yoga and nature come together like the sky and the earth."

“Guests are invited to experience true luxury, characterised by harmonious authenticity, by returning to the appreciation of each moment of the here and now and by planting a seed for a better future,” continues Verde.

Tarandev will personally guide guests through the estate, sharing inspiring stories and the opportunity to practise yoga with her during their stay.

Casin’Anand is a ‘veramiglioso’ place – a combination of genuineness and splendour – where one can reconcile with oneself, with others and with the universe,” she continues.

“With us it is the emotion and the journey that make the difference. It’s a place to recharge and then be ready to make the world outside brighter.”

A testament to ecological consciousness

Casin’Anand’s is equipped with cutting-edge photovoltaic solar panels. Rainwater is collected in three small lakes and repurposed for agricultural use.

The resort has planted more than a thousand trees, encouraging a thriving green ecosystem.

Guests will have the opportunity to plant their own seed during their visit.
