Zoe Wall is appointed vice-president of wellness at AB Living Group

Zoe Wall has been appointed vice-president of wellness at AB Living Group.

She will lead global wellness strategy across the group’s portfolio, which includes SHA Spain. This includes responsiblility for ensuring each destination delivers a distinctive, science-based and transformative experience rooted in clinical science and holistic wellness to optimise health and human performance.

Wall brings over 22 years of experience to her new role having worked with Minor Hotels, Anantara and Kerzner.

Operating across AB Living’s Wellbeing, Hospitality and Residential divisions, she will collaborate with C-suite leadership, medical experts, designers and property teams.

The role includes elevating brand standards, building strategic partnerships and driving operational readiness for new openings worldwide.

Integrative health design

Wall’s position spans innovation, integrative health design and operational excellence. She will lead the development of next-generation wellness concepts from curating holistic programmes to creating signature guest journeys. This will involve blending advanced medicine, preventive health, natural therapies, nutrition, movement and personalised longevity into one cohesive global framework.

A pathway to wellbeing leadership

Wall began her career at sea with Steiner Leisure and advanced to being spa manager for Royal Caribbean International. In 2008, she moved to land-based hospitality as spa manager for the iconic ShuiQi Spa at Atlantis, The Palm.

In 2013, she joined Minor Hotels as spa director for Anantara Dubai The Palm.

Following a business development role at Natura Bissé, she returned to Minor Hotels in 2017 as group director of spa and wellness.

This marked a shift to corporate leadership, overseeing 50+ spa and wellness facilities worldwide. She also guided MSpa International’s evolution into the medical wellness space.

Most recently, at Kerzner International, Wall played an instrumental role in shaping the group’s wellness strategy.

She was the driving force behind the concept creation of SIRO — a pioneering immersive lifestyle brand focused on fitness, recovery, and holistic wellbeing.
