Italian wellness resort operator Lefay Resorts & Spa has introduced a series of two-night winter wellness breaks to encourage guests to prioritise their wellbeing throughout the winter months.

The retreats will be available at Lefay’s resorts on Lake Garda and in the Dolomite mountains.

A Regenerating Mountain break at  Lefay Resort & Spa Dolomiti is described as two nights of wellbeing designed to regenerate the body and mind. The retreat includes a 50-minute Body Scrub ritual, using natural Alpine ingredients, such as Alpine salt, chestnut flour and traditional Alpine butter, and includes a relaxing Lefay massage.

Meanwhile, Lefay Resort & Spa Lago di Gardo will offer the Cleansing Lake break. Designed to revitalise, the two-night retreat includes a 60-minute body scrub using olive oil and bran to tone the skin and restore energy, and a neck-and-back massage to ease tension and aid relaxation.

Both retreats include breakfast and full use of the resort’s facilities, which at Lago di Garda includes an infinity pool overlooking Lake Garda as well as six saunas and an outdoor therapeutic garden. Guests staying at the Dolomiti resort can participate in morning hikes, bike rides and guided meditation and breathing exercises.

The packages will be available from November 1 until December 22 and cost €450 per person.

Be well...
