Carlton Cannes, the ‘jewel of the Côte d’Azur’, has opened its new fitness centre and spa, Le C Club, with a full menu from Swissline, Dr.Burgener and Dr. Barbara Sturm.

The 900sqm centre of wellness launches two months after the Carlton was reopened, as part of a two-year grand scale renovation project, which includes an infinity pool.

Designed by Tristan Auer, alongside spa consultants Snow Group, Le C Club has three treatments rooms, one of which is a couple’s room including a private hammam.

Suppliers include Beauty Street for uniforms, Garnier Thiebaut for towels and spa linens, Lemi for treatment beds, Xplan for software and Panatta and Technogym for fitness equipment.

Unique fitness experiences

The spa employs a team of nine, and is managed by Julie Forthomme, while the spa director is Sonia Dalloz.

Facilities include a sauna, Turkish steam room, relaxation room and separate hammams and saunas for men and women.

Carlton Cannes, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts, is also home to the largest infinity pool in Cannes and a glamorous beach club.

Fitness experiences at Le C Club include a full-size boxing ring, gym, yoga and pilates studio and a cryotherapy room.

Signature spa offers

Swissline’s signature spa treatments include facials such as Le Grand Soin Au Collagene Pur, a 90-minute comprehensive skin-transforming facial harnessing pure native collagen, marine collagen, peptide technologies, pure silk and plant-based growth factors to rejuvenate stressed, dull or ageing skin.

Chirurgie Virtuelle Swiss (Swiss virtual surgery) is a 75-minute repairing and restoring facial revolving around the brand’s signature Virtual Mask to boost skin cell regeneration and cell turnover.

For the body, L’Instant Prècieux is a 90-minute full-body massage, utilising Gua Sha stone and relaxing massage techniques to restore a deep feeling of wellbeing.
