Aquarias Spa at Whatley Manor begins partnership with Sothys

The Aquarias Spa at Whatley Manor Hotel near Malmesbury in Wiltshire has announced a new partnership with Sothys.

The spa will be offering a collection of premium rituals including a new signature treatment, the Seasonal Garden spa experience.

“Working with Sothys as our new wellness partner will further position Aquarias Spa as a place for guests to restore their natural balance in 2023,” said Sue Williams, general manager at Whatley Manor.

“In Sothys we have found a luxurious spa brand who are constantly working to reduce their negative impact on the planet, a value strongly shared with us at Whatley.”

Japanese inspiration

Facilities at Aquarias Spa include a thermal suite, an indoor-outdoor hydrotherapy pool, heated stone recliners and salt scrub showers.

The new Sothys treatments on offer will include the Premium Secrets Facial – an eight-step ritual billed as able to reverse the signs of ageing by four and a half years in a single treatment – and the Hydra Hyaluronic Acid 4 Facial.

An absolute hydration solution, the latter offers six steps to quench, hydrate and plump the skin, with two patented Sothys actives and four sources of hyaluronic acid.

Hanakasumi is a unique treatment of Japanese inspiration, involves peeling with exfoliating gloves, a full body massage and a specific foot massage.

Lastly, Sensations Orientales is inspired by ancestral Oriental rites with aromatic notes of myrrh and amber. The treatment a uses an enzymatic gel to prepare the body for exfoliation, followed by an exclusive Sothys massage with a polishing terracotta stone, which guests take home at the end of the treatment.

Sothys collections available at Aquarias Spa will include Crème 128, Secrets, Youth, Organics and Cosmeceutics.
