We Work Well is to host two new major industry events aimed at the hospitality and fitness industries in the EMEA region, in 2022.

W3Hospitality and W3Fit have been co-founded by events industry veteran David Zarb Jenkins and build on the company’s existing spa and wellness events, marking its expansion into the fitness and hospitality sectors.

Zarb Jenkins, who will helm the events, said: “I’m delighted to partner with We Work Well to launch premium hospitality and fitness events for the EMEA region.”

“We share a vision of offering high-end events for these sectors and our focus on an enhanced attendee experience will initiate a new era for exclusive networking.”

Zarb Jenkins, who has spent more than 18 years working in the events industry, previously overseeing Sibec, Hotec and Spatec, said the W3 meetings will complement the existing We Work Well spa and wellness event, which was founded in 2019 by Monica Helmstetter and Lucy Hugo.

“We share a vision of offering high-end events for these sectors and our focus on an enhanced attendee experience will initiate a new era for exclusive networking,” he said. “The encouragement from buyers and suppliers has been tremendous and joining forces has facilitated the acceleration of our global offering.”

Monica Helmstetter added: “We’ve been mindful of the unique needs of hospitality and fitness professionals in conceptualising W3Fit and W3Hospitality, and have adjusted our proven framework for each event.”

“Like our spa and wellness events, each will include two days of pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings between suppliers and executives, interactive education and networking activities.

“We’ve been mindful of the unique needs of hospitality and fitness professionals in conceptualising W3Fit and W3Hospitality, and have adjusted our proven framework for each event.”

“The most unique aspect of what we do is the integration of wellness in the event experience. We’ve shown that this, more than anything, allows industry leaders to cultivate stronger business relationships in more meaningful ways than with other meeting formats.”

The inaugural events will be held at The Westin Dragonara Resort on Malta, with W3Hospitality taking place from September 27-30, 2022, and W3Fit on October 4-7, 2022.
