The UK Spa Association (UKSA) has announced that Rachel Bevan will succeed Bobby Griffiths as general manager of the organisation.
Bevan has been appointed to continue modernising the Association’s approach. She will help to position it for continued growth and relevance in the evolving wellness landscape.
Joining the UKSA from Ellisons, where she supported spa and wellness businesses, Bevan has built a strong reputation for industry knowledge and commercial expertise.
Her experience includes therapist roles at QHotels and 12 years with Daniel Thwaites, including six as spa treatments manager.
