Six Senses Ibiza is scheduled to open in July  on the island’s northern tip at Xarraca Bay.

Located in a cove with unobstructed sunset views, the property will provide live layers of programming and experiences to celebrate music, art, sustainable fashion, pioneering wellness and culinary exploration.

The Six Senses Spa will have single and couples’ treatment rooms as well as a steam room, a hammam, a fitness area with an outdoor yoga deck and a rooftop boxing ring; a cafe and a juice bar. A range of healing and preventative longevity treatments will be offered combining diagnostics, biohacking, nutrition and beauty treatments.

There will also be twice-yearly immersive retreats that will be hosted by visiting practitioners, Friends of Six Senses and partners.

With 116 guest accommodations, villas, suites and beachfront caves across the 20-acre site, all guests will be ale to take advantage of personalised service through their own Guest Experience Maker.

Blending into the contours of the bay, Six Senses Ibiza will be the first BREEAM certified resort and residential community in the Balearics, celebrating its achievements in sustainability.

“Our vision is to capture the authentic Ibiza experience of community, spirituality and celebration,” said architect and developer Jonathan Leitersdorf.

"Six Senses Ibiza is aligned with our set of beliefs, particularly around emotional hospitality. When you find a magical place such as Cala Xarraca, it's something that you work really hard to both showcase and respect."

Neil Jacobs

CEO, Six Senses

Surrounded by unspoiled coves and groves, the resort uses locally sourced materials and maximises the effects of the natural breeze and aspects. The tactile, Finca-style aesthetic is sophisticated in design while The Farm at Six Senses has a 400-year-old olive press and agricultural estate.

Directly on the shorefront, the Beach Caves music venue will offer live shows, events, emerging artist sessions with technology from McIntosh and Sonus faber through a partnership with McIntosh Group. There is also a Cave Royale guestroom with a secret door leading to a recording studio.
