Ratti Dujda appointed spa and wellness manager at the Peninsula London

Ratti Dujda has been appointed as the new spa and wellness manager at the soon-to-open Peninsula Spa and Wellness Centre.

She joins Louise Molloy, previously director of spa and recreation at Sofitel, who was announced as director of spa and wellness in June.

Dujda has previously worked with Four Seasons Park Lane, Claridge’s and Rosewood London.

The Peninsula Spa and Wellness Centre

The long-awaited Peninsula London, owned by The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels’ (HSH) Ltd, opened in September 2023.

Its spa is being billed as ‘a serene sanctuary for health and beauty pursuits’ and will have seven treatment rooms – six private and one for couples.

Bespoke spa and wellness experiences

Facilities at the spa and wellness centre will include a dramatically lit 25m indoor swimming pool, plus saunas and steam rooms.

A dedicated digital Wellness Portal will provide guests with in-room, round-the-clock access to wellness programming.

Partnering product houses have yet to be announced, but treatments will include therapeutic massage and aromatherapy-based experiences.

Placing guest experience at the forefront

Dujda will manage all booking processes within the Peninsula Spa and Wellness Centre to ensure the seamless and smooth-running process of each bespoke guest experience.

Her core responsibilities will focus on keeping guests at the forefront, including guest recognition and guest preferences, to create a truly personalised service.

“Ratti has an immense amount of experience within the London hospitality spa sector with a great attention to detail mindset,” said Louise Molloy, director of spa and wellness. “We met late last year, and it is exciting to finally have her onboard.”

The Peninsula has been curated with a quintessentially British aesthetic by creative partners including fashion designer Jenny Packham.
