The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane launches sound bath experience

The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane has added a new rooftop sound bath experience to its menu.

Offered in partnership with Sahana Sound, the weekly immersive healing sessions are curated for guests seeking balance and relief from a high-pressure lifestyle.

Each two-hour experience commences with a welcome drink and time to enjoy the spa facilities.

This is followed by an hour-long sound bath session combining the soothing harmonics of crystal singing bowls and pyramids, gongs and chimes.

The sound baths will be offered privately, for couples or for groups of up to five people.

Sound healing can be a transformative experience offering rest and recovery for guests living hectic lifestyles.

“We offer access to our spa facilities prior to the sound bath. We believe relaxing in the heat facilities, with the sensory stimulation of the eucalyptus steam room, the physical and visual effects of the salt wall sauna and then the cooling vitality pool is a wonderful set up for mind body release,” said Taffryn Ellis, senior spa director, spa and fitness, The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane.

Cocooned in a spa treatment room, the sound baths do not impact other spa services at The Spa at Four Seasons Park Lane.

The healing sessions are priced at £295 per person Monday to Friday and £350 per person at the weekend.

“Introducing more sound elements can enhance spa guests’ meditative experience. Sound healing is more than just a treatment; it’s a journey of soulful resonance and purpose,” adds Ellis.
