National Massage Championships to return to Olympia Beauty

The National Massage Championships (NMC) will return to Olympia London in October as part of the 2022 edition of Olympia Beauty. 

Taking place from October 2-3, this year’s NMC will see the introduction of Corporate Spa Massage, a new category for spas, product houses and massage clinics to showcase their signature rituals.

The one-hour category is open to businesses with a minimum of three treatments room, with each business able to enter three or six therapists.

 A judging panel – including massage experts Annalisa Zisman, Beata Aleksandrowicz, Sunita Passi and Emma Gilmore – will award first, second and third place, with the category winner going on to compete in the Grand Finale on October 3.

The event is open to all qualified massage therapists and bodyworkers and boasts eight competition categories including: Advanced/Clinical Massage, Freestyle Massage, Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage, Spa/Wellness Massage, Eastern Massage, Corporate Spa Massage and Chair Massage. 

“The Corporate Spa Category has been launched for spas, brands, product houses and massage clinics to showcase their spa’s signature massage,” said  Olympia Beauty show director, Ian Archbold. 

“Enter three or six of your therapists for a chance to win for your team, business and the kudos of being the best,” Archbold added. 

Entrants have until 11:59pm GMT on September 19 to register, with prices starting from £89.
