Private wellness club Lanserhof at The Arts Club (LATAC) in Mayfair, London, has expanded its range of health and wellness programmes to include new fasting and business-focused programmes.

The corporate and executive offering will see the facility work in partnership with businesses to offer comprehensive and bespoke health screenings, combining diagnostics, body scans, nutrition and fitness, to senior staff.

“Our goal is quite simply that everyone at Lanserhof at The Arts Club feels better on departure than they did on arrival.”

Mario Pederzolli

COO, Lanserhof at The Arts Club

The screenings provide a detailed analysis of potential health risk factors and feature an initial consultation with a GP. Every screening includes detailed blood work, as well as an analysis of functional movement in the Club’s Spine/Movement Lab. Vital health indicators, such as liver function, thyroid and body composition are also examined. The session concludes with a GP consultation where they talk through the findings and their recommendations.

Dr Ursula Levine is among the GPs who will screen those taking part

Based on the FX Mayr method, LATAC now also offers 7, 14 and 21-day comprehensive fasting programmes. Carried out under medical supervision, the programmes include daily medical check-ups, including doctor’s appointments, as well as personal training sessions, infusions and massage and lymphatic drainage treatments.

In-house chefs will prepare patients’ meals, which can be consumed on-site, collected or delivered to their homes.

Advanced rehabilitation treatments such as cryotherapy and vitamin and mineral infusions are on offer

“People were previously having to fly to our resorts in Germany or Austria to fast, but with the travel restrictions that have been in place we felt it was appropriate for UK guests to be able to fast under medical supervision at LATAC,”  Mario Pederzolli, chief operating officer of LATAC told European Spa.

Billed as a ‘tranquil oasis specialising in personalised health’, LATAC takes a holistic approach to health, incorporating preventative medicine, state-of-the-art diagnostics with fitness plans and wellness treatments.

Spread across six floors, the club’s member offering includes a spine and movement lab, 3D body scans and internal health assessments such as cardiovascular screening. Data from these analyses are then used to develop bespoke training plans for members.

Lanserhof at The Arts Club offers a 360-degree approach to health and wellbeing

LATAC also offers a host of holistic treatments, as well as nutritional therapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, physiotherapy and osteopathy. Advanced rehabilitation therapies, including cryotherapy, shockwave therapy and vitamin and mineral infusions are also available.

“As London’s finest medical and health club, we constantly strive to offer our members a world-class approach to wellbeing,” said Pederzolli. “We offer a revolutionised approach to training, combining pioneering analytics, state-of-the-art training systems and holistic preventative treatments, overseen with the utmost medical precision to deliver unrivalled results.”
