Just Breathe launches new mindfullness app

Just Breathe, a mindfulness-based community founded by Michael James Wong, has introduced a new app designed to help bring moments of calm and serenity into everyday lives.

Centred around a spirit of community, connection and quiet, the Just Breathe app offers an easy and accessible way to help calm the mind and ease the stress and anxiety in our busy lives.

The app’s has coincided with the rise in popularity of mindful practices  during the pandemic and it includes guided meditation based on a changing weekly theme; music meditation with bespoke backing tracks; mindfulness guides to help ease stress and anxiety; breathing practices; intention setting; and calming practices to promote sleep.

As well as all individuals looking for a way to create some space and relaxation in their lives, the Just Breathe app will be available to all UK doctors, nurses, clinicians and medical professionals to prescribe to patients for free.
