New role at Careys Manor Hotel spa will see him focus on health and wellbeing
Jermaine Lee has been appointed as spa operations manager at SenSpa at Careys Manor Hotel in the New Forest.
Bringing a wealth of experience to the role, Lee has spent the past 15 years in leisure management with a keen focus on health and wellbeing.
He will work alongside the incumbent spa director Lina Lotto.

Spa operations manager, SenSpaLee’s career started in retail management and he joined the beauty and grooming industry when he moved to London, working at a male grooming salon that specialised in Egyptian sugaring.
The role sparked a whole new passion for health and wellbeing, and he later switched roles to join a health club in Cambridge, offering PT sessions and bootcamps
Lee’s new position at SenSpa provides the opportunity to work with other PTs and fitness trainers.
He said he is looking forward to helping them through their own training, while also supporting guests and members to improve their health and wellbeing outcomes.
The role will also allow him to focus more on the management side of fitness and wellbeing.
Lee added that he is aiming to make sure the team remains happy and motivated, which ultimately also means the members and guests will receive a first-class service.
His aim is to bring a fresh perspective to an already successful and well-running business.
Outside of his work, Lee is currently training to become a level two reiki practitioner.
He also enjoys spending time outdoors, especially walks on the beach or through the national park following his relocation to the New Forest.
