Carol Joy London announces new head of spa

Skin and haircare brand Carol Joy London has appointed Rebecca Jones as its new head of spa and product training.

She joins the company with a wealth of industry experience, having previously led training divisions at several leading spa brands including ESPA and Elemis. 

At the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, she played a crucial training role, educating more than 700 therapists remotely. 

In her new role, she will be responsible for enhancing Carol Joy London’s existing relationships and supporting the brand’s spa partners.
