Studio Apostoli creates Penthouse at Lefay Resort and Spa Dolomiti

Studio Apostoli has increased the accommodation offering at the Lefay Resort & Spa Dolomiti in Pinozolo, Italy. 

A new Penthouse forms part of the Lefay Wellness Residences programme, which includes 21 branded residences. It offers independent accommodation  with the hospitality and services of the main complex. 

Designed in collaboration with the Lefay Resorts Project Team, Studio Apostoli lead Alberto Apostoli imagined the Penthouse as a ‘luxurious reinterpretation’ of mountain constructions. It blends natural materials combined with a neutral colour palette. Large windows, interspersed with wooden panels and brass details create continuity between the mountainous natural surroundings and the luxurious interior.

Private wellness experience

Occupying 290sqm, the Penthouse offers a large dining area, a kitchen island, a living room, three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a dressing room connected by a natural oak parquet floor. 

The main bathroom is decorated with neutral stone surfaces and offers several thermal experiences including a steam sauna and private whirlpool. 

The private wellness experience extends outdoors with a bio-sauna overlooking a large private terrace equipped with a ‘conversation corner’ and a panoramic heated whirlpool bath.

Handcrafted finishes

The Penthouse is completed with handcrafted finishes, custom furnishings and a delicate balance of material combinations.

It also features several low-emission energy innovations, including a bio-climatisation system and two electric fireplaces.
