City of Dreams Mediterranean, Europe’s first integrated resort, has opened its Renu Spa in Cyprus.

Located near Limassol, facilities at the 1,600sqm Renu Spa and Fitness include ten treatment rooms – three couple’s rooms, six standard rooms and one with disabled access – with Lemi treatment beds.

There is a hair salon, indoor pool and hydro pool, plus a plunge pool. Both the male and female changing rooms offer saunas and steam rooms by Spatrade.

As well as an indoor pool and fully equipped wellness centre with Precor fitness studio, the Renu Spa treatment menu offers a rejuvenating programme of experiences.

The spa is heavily influenced by the award-winning Morpheus Spa in City of Dreams Macau, named Spa of the Year by the Forbes Travel Guide in 2020.

Renu Spa was designed by Singaporean company, LTW Designworks

Renu Spa: a realm of tranquillity and self-care

“Renu Spa is an oasis of wellness, where the integration of mind, body and soul is at the heart of everything we do,” says spa, recreation and leisure manager at City of Dreams, Andreea Cuellar Gutierrez.

“Every element has been thoughtfully curated to provide a transformative experience.

“Here, time slows down, allowing guests to reconnect with their innermost self and enter a realm of tranquillity and self-care. Our aim is that every guest emerges feeling renewed, energised and deeply connected.”

The spa will employ 12 therapists and offer Omorovicza, 111Skin, Swiss Perfection and Natura Bissé products and treatments.

Spa software is by Zenoti and lockers by Fairmont Designs Hospitality.

An integrated resort

City of Dreams Mediterranean will offer 476 guest rooms and 24 suites, plus a 7,500sqm casino – the largest in the region.

The tallest resort in Cyprus with 14 storeys, it offers scenic views of the Akrotiri Salt Lake.

The resort will also include an outdoor a Roman-style amphitheatre and the Marcos Baghdatis tennis academy.

The pool complex will feature an array of lagoon-style swimming pools and water slides.

City of Dreams is the largest resort pool complex in Cyprus

Other facilities include a family adventure park with zip line and Waveride, premium dining options and a designer shopping promenade.

City of Dream Mediterranean is being created by Melco Resorts & Entertainment, which also operates City of Dreams Macau, Studio City Macau and City of Dreams Manila.

It is one of the largest development projects undertaken in Cyprus.
