RAKxa partners with VitalLife to offer Personalised Wellness Programmes

The RAKxa integrative medical wellness retreat in Thailand has launched new bespoke wellness programming.

The Personalised Wellness Programme is run in partnership with the VitalLife Scientific Wellness Clinic and the internationally renowned Bumrungrad International Hospital.

RAKxa, which was named Best Holistic Heaven in the Condé Nast Traveller Wellness & Spa Awards 2023, believes an entirely bespoke wellness programme for each guest, with diagnostics at the helm, is paramount for optimal health journeys.

Located in Bangkok’s ‘Green Lung’ area, a protected island on the Chao Phraya River, the retreat’s new Personalised Wellness Programme incorporates diagnostics from certified doctors, integrating modern and alternative medicine.

The three-step assessment comprises a health and wellness consultation, a private doctor consultation at the VitalLife Scientific Wellness Centre and a functional fitness assessment at the medical grade RAKxa Gaya gym.

These results are used to create each individual guest’s Personalised Wellness Programme, which includes a medical treatment at VitalLife and three holistic treatments at RAKxa Jai and RAKxa Gaya.

VitalLife treatments including a cryo-sauna, a hyperbaric chamber and colon hydrotherapy.

“The programme puts comprehensive diagnostic at the forefront, to ascertain the guest’s health profile and goals,” said Khun Dusadee Tancharoen.

“Our health and wellness advisors, who all have strong medical backgrounds, then work collaboratively to devise a treatment plan combining holistic and medical therapies with a bespoke nutrition plan to ensure results.”

The personalised programme, which starts at £1,990 extends to bespoke tea blends and wellness cuisine curated to clear toxins, reduce inflammation and restore a healthy balance.
