Premier Software increases integration with e-commerce platforms, including Wowcher and Living Social

Spa software provider Premier Software has upgraded its flagship business management solution, Core by Premier Software, so it can be integrated with e-commerce platforms such as Wowcher and Living Social. 

The integration aims to help spas capitalise on the increased demand for business since UK lockdowns ended by enabling operators to run performance-based marketing campaigns targeting their chosen platform’s subscribers, which for Wowcer currently stands at 24 million.

The increased visibility helps to fill up empty diary space, maximise occupancy and drive revenue. It also aims to streamline admin processes, reducing manual data entry and complex voucher redemptions. 

“By integrating real-time availability information from Core into the client’s booking process, both client and spa will enjoy a seamless booking experience,” said Dan Martin, managing director of services and travel at Wowcher. 

“UK spas will also benefit from the significant volume that Wowcher can deliver while maintaining efficient booking processes,” he added. 

In addition, Wowcher sells over 250,000 spa packages and introduces 180,000 new clients to UK spas annually, equating to £18m (€21.5m) in revenue for the spa industry a year.  As part of Core’s integration, operators will have access to this client network, while only paying for clients who purchase one of their spa deals.
