Nàdarra Spa at The Coniston Hotel partners with Sothys

The Coniston Estate’s Nàdarra Spa in the Yorkshire Dales has partnered with French skincare brand Sothys.

Nàdarra Spa has selected Sothys for its natural active ingredients, sourced from the four-hectare Les Jardins Sothys, and the brand’s involvement in sustainable development.

Exclusive rituals

The partnership launches with four new treatments, including Nàdarra Spa’s Blossom Ritual by Sothys, a nourishing, ritualistic treatment that begins with a back, neck and shoulder massage followed by an express facial.

The Detoxifying Facial is designed to defend against environmental stresses such as pollution, while the Hydrating Facial combines four sources of hyaluronic acid with two Sothys patented active ingredients.

Sothys Organic Experience commences with an indulgent back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by an express facial treatment and scalp massage.

Garden wellbeing

A signature feature of Nàdarra Spa, which means natural in Scottish Gaelic, is the spa garden, which is home to two large roll-top outdoor baths and two infinity pools with views across the estate.

Facilities also include a thermal experience with an infrared sauna, Finnish and Himalayan saunas and an aromatherapy steam room.

The Coniston Hotel Country Estate has been family-run for more than 50 years.
