Lifehouse Spa & Hotel announces new partnership with Temple Spa

Lifehouse Spa & Hotel, in the coastal town of Thorpe-le-Soken in Essex, has announced a new product partnership with Temple Spa.

Temple Spa’s CBD and Your Best You menopause treatments will be added to the Lifehouse Spa menu.

The CBD treatments – a Stress Not CBD massage and the Light Relief CBD Skin Booster facial – allow the spa to incorporate the overall skin and body benefits of CBD for a total body wellbeing experience.

The bespoke Stress Not CBD massage uses Temple Spa’s CBD balm, massaged into the body with warmed stones.

Also tailored for Lighthouse Spa and Hotel, the Light Relief CBD facial includes a warmed-stone hand and arm massage,and a hot-oil scalp massage. The anti-inflammatory treatment brings comfort to fragile and dehydrated skin.

Menopause body treatment at Lifehouse Spa

Temple Spa’s Your Best You is a top-to-toe menopause treatment bespoke to each Lifehouse Spa guest. Created to energise yet nurture guests, there is the option to choose from a warm or cool treatment depending on symptoms.

The massage uses Himalayan salt stones, which produce negative ions to support stress relief, increase energy and positively boost mood.

The treatment incorporates rhythmic stretches and gentle joint rotation to rescue achy limbs and a lymph drainage facial to reduce puffiness.

Temple Spa has also launched a new energising body and home range, Energy & Joy. The range has been created to invigorate and uplift, with mood-boosting essential oils including mint, sweet orange, lemon peel and eucalyptus.

Products in the new range include the Joy-Full feel good mist, Simply the Zest shower gel, Soul Food glow boost body lotion and the Breath of Life aromatherapy inhalation essence.

New facial and body treatments have been curated to accompany the product launch, including Total Glow Up, a radiance face and body experience.
