Networking brunch is designed to future-proof spa businesses in 2023

The Irish Spa Association (ISA) has announced the date of its first winter reset meeting – a Brunch Business Event that will take place on Monday, November 21 at Radisson Golden Lane, Dublin.

Throughout morning and early afternoon, delegates will have the opportunity to discuss the challenges, opportunities and innovative ways in which the sector continues to further engage, inspire and grow.

Inspiring speakers

Peter Turley, an award-winning inspirational speaker and professional sales motivator, will present a keynote speech titled ‘Shaken not Stirred: How to create your momentum in extraordinary times.’

Turley will examine the how cognitive biases rule a person’s life, looking at the four most prominent ones that affect the growth of businesses and their staff. The session will show attendeed how to interpret these to frame ideas for a positive future.

Future-proofing business

Anita Murray, co-founder of the ISA and MD at The Salon & Spa Company will discuss ‘Concepts to strengthen your business in a downturn.’ She will explore how to future proofing your business, guarding against any possible downturn so that partner businesses actually grow, invent and win.

Peigin Crowley, co-founder of the ISA and the founder of Ground Wellbeing, will address wellbeing leadership in a talk that will explore burnout and how to take care of your team and yourself as a leader.
