FitSpace launches at Corinthia London

Following the London launch of the health and wellness concept FitSpace in Chelsea, the SP&Co Group has opened a second studio in partnership with ESPA Life at Corinthia.

FitSpace’s movement-led health and fitness programmes enable clients to reach their individual wellness goals through small group and private training with the help of a team of personal trainers, Pilates and reformer Pilates instructors, nutritionists and physiotherapists.

Founded in 2002, SP&Co offers a range of health, fitness and wellness concepts including its flagship brand BodySpace and a private wellness club.

Covering four floors, ESPA Life at Corinthia boasts a comprehensive range of facilities including 17 treatment rooms and a thermal floor with an indoor swimming pool, vitality pool and amphitheatre sauna. The Corinthia Hotels global portfolio features nine properties, with four more landmark hotels scheduled to open by 2021.
