The Zen Den

A dedicated wellness hub, called the Zen Den, will offer coffees, juices, energy balls and healthy snacks. With an earthy, comfortable feel, the décor comprises sage greens, natural brick, hessian hanging plants, foliage and branches.

Farncombe Zen also offers a small boutique selling yoga mats, coffee cups, candles, activewear and Gua Shas.

Running twice daily, activities will include sound bath meditation, a Revive and Thrive life coaching workshop and Rest and Recharge breathwork.

There will be Healthy Habits nutritional workshops, Qigong classes and two-hour woodland wellbeing sessions and facial yoga with Gua Sha.

The programming will run alongside the existing Farncombe Adventures offering, which includes hovercrafting, clay shooting, archery and axe throwing.

Seasonal workshops will be added to the rotating programme, including a chocolate master and a style workshop.

Farncombe is a 500-acre estate of woodland and fields in the heart of the Cotswolds overlooking the village of Broadway.

The integrated estate comprises three boutique hotels – Dormy House, Foxhill Manor and The Fish Hotel.

The Zen experiences are bookable per class for hotel guests, and local residents are able to purchase monthly bundles. In addition to the weekly schedule, 1:1 sessions and private group sessions are available.
