ESPA announces new partnership with Etihad Airways

ESPA has revealed it is to provide luxury skincare products, contained within a bespoke Armani pouch, for Etihad Airways’ new amenity kits and premium cabin washrooms.

The partnership with the UAE’s national airline will see ESPA bring a new level of pampering to travellers across all cabin classes.

The amenity kits, in partnership with Giorgio Armani, are filled with ESPA’s wellbeing and skincare items, including Nourishing Lip Treatment, Hydrating Spa Face Mist and Rejuvenating Hand and Body Lotion.

It is the first time the natural skincare brand has partnered with an airline.

The kits will also include plush slippers, an eyeshade, earplugs and a travel dental kit.

There will be Giorgio Armani complimentary loungewear and slippers for guests flying in first class and on longer flights in business class.

Guests flying in economy on longer Etihad Airways flights will receive a tote bag.

The ESPA range is being progressively rolled out across Etihad flights.

“With bespoke amenity kits featuring ESPA’s skincare products, passengers can indulge in holistic wellness throughout their journey, ensuring they feel refreshed and revitalised upon arrival.”

The partnership extends Etihad’s collaboration with Armani/Casa, which was launched on board in 2023 and features jointly branded tableware and soft furnishings across business class.

Inflight luxury from ESPA

“As well as offering convenience and luxury inflight, our guests will take home their own co-branded Giorgio Armani bag,” said Eduardo Matos, director customer care, product and hospitality at Etihad Airways.

“These sought-after bags come in collectable colours and styles, meaning frequent flyers can build their personal Giorgio Armani collection.”

The new Giorgio Armani business-class amenity kits come in two unisex styles – a clutch bag and a cube. The kits are filled with ESPA skincare products including, alongside convenient gifts

Guests flying in The Residence, Etihad’s three-room private suite in the sky, and those in first class will also received ESPA’s Restful Pulse Point Oil to aid relaxation in flight, a generously sized Rest and Recovery Night Balm and Rejuvenating Hand and Body lotion.

This new partnership follows Etihad’s successful collaboration with ESPA to launch its limited-edition 20th anniversary amenity kits.
