Chenot has introduced a new immune programme across its portfolio of properties.

Available as an add-on to all Chenot programmes, the Chenot Immune Optimisation Module combines advanced diagnostics with targeted therapeutic interventions designed to support immune resilience and long- term health.

Rather than focusing on quick fixes or the idea of boosting immunity, Chenot’s approach to preventive health aims to support the immune system’s capacity to remain dynamic, adaptable and responsive over time.

Comprehensive blood testing and microbiome analysis offer insights into immune function and gut health. Together with selected biomarkers, these assessments help the medical team identify individual patterns and factors that may influence energy, resilience and long-term wellbeing.

"We should stop thinking about the immune system only when we become ill. Immune health is something we shape every day through the choices we make. Healthy ageing depends on an immune system that can adapt, recover and respond appropriately over time. At Chenot, our focus is not on quick fixes, but on creating the biological conditions that support this resilience.”

Evidence-based wellbeing

Chenot Immune Optimisation Module builds on Chenot’s recent scientific report, Rethinking Immunity, which challenges the idea of immunity as a winter concern and makes the case for treating it as a lifelong practice shaped by everyday choices, and central to preventative health.

The report details how the immune system continues to adapt throughout life, and changes in immune cells, including cellular senescence, vary considerably between individuals and are not determined by chronological age alone.

Emerging research linking immune function, metabolism and brain health also highlights midlife as a potentially important period of change.

Rather than focusing on quick fixes or the idea of boosting immunity, Chenot’s approach to preventive health takes a broader perspective. The aim is to support the immune system’s capacity to remain dynamic, adaptable and responsive over time.

Personalised wellness

The diagnostic insights inform a personalised approach combining evidence-informed treatments with nutrition, movement and practical lifestyle strategies. By considering the individual as a whole, the Chenot team helps guests understand and support the conditions that contribute to immune resilience and long-term health.

To celebrate the introduction of the Chenot Immune Optimisation Module, Chenot Palace Weggis is offering this as a complimentary add-on with all Chenot programmes for stays until December, 31, 2026.
