Aman has unveiled the 2021 wellness offering for its global portfolio of hotels and resorts, focusing on a range of new outdoor retreats as well as existing Individual Wellness Immersions.

Harnessing the privacy and peacefulness of its properties, the Group’s wellness programming is designed for an ‘altered way of traveling in a changed world’ and includes four ‘Journey to Peace’ retreats at selected Aman destinations, including Aman Sveti Stefan in Montenegro and Amanpuri in Phuket, Thailand.

Dedicated to teaching individuals how to rediscover peace, the three- to six-night spiritual retreats will be led by Buddhist monk Lama and mindfulness coach Master Geshe YongDong (Geshe La).

Each retreat will include daily Tsa Lung breathwork and meditation as well as a 90-minute group training session. Guests will also enjoy an Aman Signature spa treatment and a daily 90-minute evening chanting and meditation session.

A range of new Extreme Sports Retreats have also been curated for guests to test their endurance and strength.

Drawing on the dramatic landscapes surrounding each resort, participants will each have an itinerary of carefully planned outdoor activities to embrace the ‘healing qualities of nature’ and test the limits of their mental and physical stamina.
