London-based preventative healthcare service Hooke London has announced a new partnership with Citius Retreats.

Together, the two brands will host Hooke London’s inaugural Longevity and Wellness Retreat. It will be held from January 17-19 at at Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk.

The three-day retreat will combine cutting-edge science with expert guidance and holistic wellness practices, all aimed at helping participants extend their healthspan.

Wilderness Reserve is an 8,000-acre woodland estate. It offers traditional Suffolk properties that blend comfort, nature and artisanal conservation.

"A retreat offers our guests the opportunity to really focus on their wellbeing in a serene setting. They will have the chance to trial our diagnostics, while benefitting from a range of wellbeing services. Although only a few days, the sense of wellbeing an experience like this creates can be hugely motivating."

“Working with our clients in their busy day to day lives, we know how difficult it can be to implement recommendations for health optimisation,” said Kate Woolhouse, CEO of Hooke London.

“This retreat offers a few days of respite and the chance to trial therapies and services clients may not otherwise have time to experience.”

The Longevity and Wellness Retreat

Guided by a team of doctors and health professionals, the retreat will address five core areas. Its aim is to improve health and educate participants on the causes and prevention of disease.

These core areas include optimising sleep quality, which will be tackled via an interactive, expert-led workshop, and improving social connection.

The Mediterranean-inspired menu will be created by Suffolk-based Greek chef Maria Elia, and overseen by Aaron Deere, health and performance director at Hooke.

Physical activity sessions will focus on mobility and strength, and include wild swimming as well as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

Stress management workshops will include breathwork and hot/cold exposure, teaching participants how to improve their stress, mental clarity and resilience.

Extended services will be on offer to allow participants to personalise their time on the retreat.

These will include comprehensive blood testing to provide insights into health span, longevity markers and metabolic function.

Nutritional analysis using a continuous glucose monitor and food diary will include personalised dietary and lifestyle recommendations from Hooke’s health and performance director.

“The longevity market is going from strength to strength,” said Woolhouse. “Diagnostic methods and therapies are building on an increasing amount of data supporting the good and weeding out the bad, so there is growing consumer confidence in this field.”

The Longevity & Wellness Retreat includes two nights of luxury accommodation, nutritious meals, outdoor activities, sleep and nutrition workshops.

There will be sessions on osteoflow, hot/cold exposure, breathwork and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as well as a myofascial stretch.

About Hooke London

Hooke London’s mission is to disrupt outdated, one-size-fits-all medical thinking where symptoms dictate treatment. “We fundamentally believe that early intervention can treat the vast majority of diseases,” said founder Lev Mikheev.

The brand extends and enhances healthspan by employing pioneering diagnostic tools and evidence-based lifestyle interventions. It’s membership model was one of the first in the UK and offers healthcare vigilance in the form of continuous monitoring and healthcare.

Mayr Medicine Hooke up

Hooke partnered with renowned Austrian clinic the Original Mayr Health Centre, the first centre for Modern Mayr Medicine, in 2023.

For 2025, Hooke is also planning a series of evening workshops, based on its recent breathwork event with Richie Norton.

“We will combine educational and practical sessions on wellbeing practices,” said Woolhouse.

“These will focus on longevity science – diagnostics and interventions – as well as practical methods to enhance every day wellbeing.”
