Harrison Gregory moves to Omorovicza

Harrison Gregory has begun a new role with Hungarian skincare brand Omorovicza. He takes over as General Manager UK, EMEA & APAC.

Gregory brings with him more than a decade of industry experience, having worked with Elemis as UK sales director and then general manager Europe for eight years. He guided the brand through two acquisitions, managing all channels.

In the past 18 months, Gregory has worked for Grown Alchemist, launching the brand in the UK and across 12 markets in Europe.

“Excitingly, we are just about to open our first UK Institut in London's Mayfair, offering our incredible Hungarian facial massages. My aim during the next 12 months is to grow and develop our sales teams and support the UK team in launching the new Institut."

“I’ll also be working to expand third party luxury spa partnerships across the UK and within my regions. We are already working with The Gainsborough in Bath, South Lodge in Sussex and The Chedi in Switzerland,” continues Gregory.

“I will be responsible for developing our retail partners such as Space NK, Harrods and Liberty, as well as Mecca Australia, and working to manage our global distributors as well as Institut in Budapest.”

Omorovicza’s history

Rooted in Budapest’s unique geology, Omorovicza was established in 2006 by husband-and-wife Stephen and Margaret de Heinrich d’Omorovicza.

The brand’s formulations are powered by its clinically proven Healing Concentrate paired with traditional Hungarian treatments and unique protocols.

“We consult, prescribe and treat, creating a cycle of interaction to bring the benefits of the mineral-charged waters of Budapest and Hungarian facial massage to our clients whenever, wherever,” says Gregory.

Expanding third-party spa partnerships

“The team and I are taking the brand to the next level. Our newest channel will be third party spa – we’re going to take a little bit of our Institut in Mayfair out to luxury spas in UK and Europe.

“We have some exciting brand developments launching and we’re elevating the brand for trade relationships, with a new on hand training team, elevated assets and digital support.

“Finally we will be looking for new distributors globally, whilst focusing on core new and existing markets.”
