Leading international spa consultant Kirsty MacCormick has launched a new venture, The Spa Consultancy, to offer tailor-made support for spa operators.
The company’s packages will span a comprehensive range of expertise from operational support and brand development to pre-opening strategic insights.
“For the past 15 years, I’ve been working on the brand development and pre-openings for various spa projects around the world and, for the past four years, I’ve been involved with two very large UK spa operations – the Kohler Waters Spa in St Andrews, Scotland, and Sequoia Spa at The Grove,” said MacCormick. “From this, establishing The Spa Consultancy was the natural next step.”
The consultancy has already taken on four new spa projects that will be guided through various stages of development over the next 18 months.
