The Stratton House Hotel in Cirencester has unveiled its new £1m luxury spa, built overlooking the hotel’s walled garden and designed by ADS Design.

The boutique 325sqm spa includes four treatment rooms with beds by Esthetix supplied by Ellisons and a manicure and pedicure suite featuring furniture from REM and Leighton Denny nail products.

There is also a steam room and a sauna from Dalesauna, and a whirlpool supplied by AGB Services as well as relaxation areas. The extensive treatment menu features a range of Temple Spa face and body therapies.

The 44-bedroom hotel was purchased in 2016 by husband and wife Aidan and Sarah Stevens. Including the spa, the couple have now spent more than £2m on its refurbishment.

Aidan Stevens said: “We have spent the past year getting our beautiful new spa ready, during which many of the comforts and luxuries people enjoyed haven’t been possible. We now have the ideal place in which to relax and unwind and can’t wait for guests to visit.”

Amanda Wallis, general manager of Stratton House, added: “We want people to feel indulged and relaxed when they visit the spa. It is a stunning, tranquil space for people to escape to and offers access to the most beautiful outside space in the hotel’s gardens.”

Originally the home of 17th century wool merchants, Stratton House was transformed into a hotel in 1947. To find out more, click below
