Now in its sixth year, World Wellness Weekend aims to democratise wellness by promoting healthy lifestyles based on five pillars of wellness: sleep and creativity, nutrition and immunity; movement and vitality; mindfulness and serenity; and purpose and solidarity.

World Wellness Weekend 2022 is aligned with the United Nations’ third Sustainable Development Goal, ‘to ensure healthy lives and promote wellbeing for all at all ages’.

It is supported by more than 60 organisations and trade bodies, including ISPA, IHRSA, the UK Spa Association, CIDESCO and the Spa Industry Association.

"Wellness is not just a decision you take to improve your mental and physical health, it’s also an act of influence to inspire those around you to become the best version of themselves."

Jean-Guy de Gabriac

Founder, World Wellness Weekend

The event’s sponsors include TipTouch International, Biologique Recherche, Lemi, WellnessLiving, Mindbody, bbspa, Immunocologie Skincare and BC Softwear.

“Wellness is not just a decision you take to improve your mental and physical health, it’s also an act of influence to inspire those around you to become the best version of themselves,” says World Wellness Weekend founder, Jean-Guy de Gabriac.

“There’s no nobler mission in life than to encourage everyone to become the best version of themselves in alignment with their heart, head and guts.”
