The leisure club within Whittlebury Park in Northamptonshire has launched a range of more than 100 fitness classes that will be available to members on a live-stream and on-demand basis.

From £4.99 a month, members can participate in as many livestream classes as they wish and access more than 100 on-demand workouts at a time convenient to them.

Classes have been created for every exercise style and ability, from beginner to advanced. In the live-streamed classes, instructors will give feedback and support to ensure that participants are performing the exercises correctly.

There are also several month-long challenges, allowing participants to follow a specific plan and workout with instructors online, including elements such as HIIT, functional training, strength and conditioning classes.

Greg Darkes, head of membership sales and leisure club operations at Whittlebury Park, said: “We trialled our on-demand classes during lockdown and had excellent feedback, so we decided to bring them back to help our members return to exercise in a way that is convenient to them. We want to make our classes as accessible as possible and hope that participants find this an excellent addition to their membership.”

The Leisure Club at Whittlebury Park offers a range of facilities for members including a Technogym-equipped gym, a 19m swimming pool and Body and Mind Studio.

Completing the wellness offer, the comprehensive Whittlebury Spa features a range of treatments from Elemis, ESPA, Payot and Jessica.
