The UK Spa Association (UKSA) has announced the appointment of two new board members.
Strengthening the association’s representation of the Scottish spa industry, Caroline Mullen, director of spa and wellness at Schloss Roxburghe, brings more than 20 years’ experience across the country’s luxury hospitality, spa and wellness sectors.
Laura Steventon, commercial and sales leadership for Exclusive Beauty and Thalgo UK, has spent almost three decades working across the spa, beauty and wellness industries in the UK and South Africa.
Both appointees bring experience, fresh perspectives and a passion for the future of the spa industry. Their appointments will help the UKSA build stronger connections across Scotland and ensure it represents the views and needs of Scottish spas at a national level.
