Global spa consultancy The Spa Collaborative (TSC) has launched The Spa Strategy Success Mapper, a bespoke programme aimed at spas recovering from the pandemic.
Billed as an ‘immersive exploration’, initiative is a two-week course that helps spa operators to establish their financial, customer experience and marketing goals, culminating in a ‘vision-oriented, objective-led road map.’
The course includes deep-dive data analysis, comprehensive operational and business reviews, a budget review and the development of annual business objectives and success measurements and metrics.
