The Pavilions to accept crypto-currencies for hotel and resort bookings

Boutique hotel group The Pavilions Hotels and Resorts now accepts cryptocurrencies from any country for  bookings at its properties.

Partnering with the leading global crypto-payment gateway Coindirect, all of the Pavilions’ hotels and resorts can now be booked securely with digital assets including Bitcoin and Ethereum as well as 40 other virtual currencies. The complete list of supported crypto-currencies can be found here.

The group’s portfolio currently includes 14 locations across the globe including Amsterdam, Madrid, Lisbon and Rome in Europe.

Payments using crypto-currencies are now available for direct bookings through each hotel’s reservations centre and will also be available on website booking engines in the near future. The Pavilions Residences, which are available for sale at the group’s Phuket and Niseko resorts, will also accept cryptocurrencies for property sales.

The Pavilions Spa brand delivers locally inspired treatments with locally sourced products to ensure authenticity,  while the group’s F&B concepts are derived through destination research and offer an authentic, local experience as well as a comprehensive focus on CSR initiatives.
