Numan acquires Vi-Health

As part of its strategy to become a ‘full-stack’ digital men’s health provider, startup company Numan has acquired Vi-Health, a medical science and healthcare technology company based in Sweden.

Numan is a holistic healthcare brand for men that addresses a range of conditions using a therapeutic model that combines prescription medication, proprietary over-the-counter products, pathology and screening, along with doctor consultations.

Registered as a Class-I Medical Device, Vi-Health’s platform includes an AI-powered symptom checker, advanced e-consultation tools, such as collaborative chat and video consultations, and workflow automation tools. The company claims that when all elements are used together, its platform can reduce the workload of a clinical team by up to 70%.

The majority of the Vi-Health team will be joining Numan while continuing to work from their offices in Stockholm and Malmö.
