The Mandrake launches energy and sound-healing wellness stays

The Mandrake hotel in London’s Fitzrovia, positioned as an sanctuary for city dwellers, has reopened with three new staycation offers tailored to satisfy post-pandemic needs – The Evergreen Evening, Soul Revival and The Artisanal Experience.

Soul Revival, aimed at spiritual wellness seekers, is an overnight package to guide guests out of lockdown with an assortment of traditional and ancient wellness practices. These include in-room bespoke energy healing, sound baths and cacao ceremonies.

Led by shamen Eddy Elsey and Andréa Araré, and sound-healers Urmi Sound and Maria Lodetoft, the experience aims to help balance and align guests with their focus on spiritual wellbeing, with further guidance from Alex Holbrook, head of spiritual wellbeing at The Mandrake.

The package includes an overnight stay in an evergreen terrace room and a complimentary dinner for two on a private balcony.

Guests can enjoy dining at Jurema at The Mandrake

The hotel’s Evergreen Evening package is aimed at nature lovers and includes an overnight stay with dinner at the hotel’s Jurema restaurant, surrounded by lush plant life.

For those with creative minds, The Artisanal Experience includes a bespoke tasting menu for up to six guests in an artist’s cabana, as well as an overnight stay for two.
