September debut for Royal Mansour wellness experiences

Following months of planning, Royal Mansour Marrakech Spa is to introduce a new, fully holistic wellness offering from September 2021.

Comprising multi-day programmes, retreats and new spa partnerships, the luxury hotel’s enhanced wellness offering will offer four new programmes for guests to choose from: Rebalance; Weight Control; Rejuvenation and Immunity Boost.

Three new skincare brands have also been added to the Royal Mansour’s spa menu. Intraceuticals, Subtle Energies and Dr.Burgener Switzerland are all known for their innovative techniques and results-driven therapies.

Further programmes will be rolled out during 2021, led by experts including osteopath and massage therapist Ana Mattos; holistic therapist Isaac Vidjrakou; acupuncturist and massage therapist John Sanchez; and Pilates trainer Hollie Grant.

The hotel’s gardens have also been extended to incorporate a kitchen garden for its three restaurants, along with space for beehives. The extended area will also host a Atelier d’Artiste which will host a series of art therapy activities as well as outdoor yoga classes.

The centrepiece of the hotel, the Royal Mansour Spa was designed by 3BIS. Guests are greeted by birdsong, citrus groves and scented flowers before passing through giant handcrafted wooden doors into a reception area that takes the form of a stunning, light-filled, bird cage-like atrium decorated with geometric Moorish patterns.

Facilities include an indoor heated pool, surrounded by loungers, which is situated in the spa garden inside its own glass-covered atrium. There is a Tylo sauna and a gym equipped by Technogym on the lower floor while the upper floors are dedicated to treatment rooms with beds by Nilo and a relaxation lounge, as well as a Pedi-Mani-Cure Studio by internationally renowned podiatrist Bastien Gonzalez.
