Radisson expands Moroccan presence

The Radisson Hotel Group is to open three Moroccan resort hotels with spas in Al Hoceima, Saïdia Beach and Taghazout Bay Surf Village, all of which will be branded as Radisson Blu Resorts.

Al Hoceima is surrounded by 64 acres of cedar forest and located on the Sfiha beachfront. The hotel features 432 luxury bedrooms and suites with ocean and garden views. Its expansive 2,000sqm Rosemary Spa has five treatment rooms as well as an indoor heated swimming pool and a fitness centre equipped by Technogym.

The Radisson Blu Resort, Saïdia Beach is situated on the beach alongside the Med-Saïdia Marina and Golf Course. Guests benefit from three swimming pools as well as a spa with an authentic Moroccan hammam and fitness centre.

Known as the ‘Blue Pearl’ for its deep blue waters and what is reportedly the country’s longest beach, Saïdia is located in the north-east of Morocco.

The final resort, Taghazout Bay Surf Village, has been designed with an integrated and sustainable approach and has a large selection of activities and facilities including a surf academy as well as a large spa and wellness offer.

In line with Morocco’s commitment to sustainable tourism, each of the new hotels will implement Radisson Hotel Group’s leading Responsible Business programme as well as the Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol programme, which features in-depth cleanliness and disinfection protocols developed in partnership with SGS, a leading inspection and certification company to ensure guest safety and peace of mind from check-in to check-out.
