Pharomatiq Spa debuts at Maslina Resort

Focusing on ‘mindful luxury’, the new Pharomatiq Spa has opened within Maslina Resort on the island of Hvar.

Designed by LA.M Studio and Aalto with spa consultancy from Melany Martinez Thomas, the spa covers 854sqm and comprises five treatment rooms, including one dedicated to couples, and a specialised sound healing treatment room with treatment beds supplied by Malea-Massage.

Drawing on Hvar’s natural environment and flora, the Pharomatiq Spa menu features a ‘garden-to-skin’ wellness concept, with every treatment incorporating locally grown herbs and essential oils made by skincare specialists L’aventure en Primitivance.

Elsewhere on the menu, facial products and services are from Biomer by Sireia as well as Davines and ENTITY.

A fitness studio is equipped with luxurious cardiovascular wood concept machines from Norhd as well as Matrix, while guests can enjoy their workouts with views of the Adriatic Sea.

Other facilities include a wet area including a Finnish sauna, a steam room with essential oils and activated showers with LED light therapy.

Private outdoor ‘salas’ are also available for open-air sessions of sound healing, yoga and Thai massage.

The spa was equipped by LA.M Studio alongside Ki Life and leading distributor Starmedico. All of the linens are organic and the supplier is Croatian-based to support sustainability.

The newly-opened Relais and Chateaux boutique property has 50 bedrooms as well as two four-bedroom and one five-bedroom villas. All rooms feature views of the Adriatic Sea.
