Devised in consultation with Andrew Gibson of Andrew Gibson Advisory and Tom Klein of TAK Consulting, Dāha Wellness takes a holistic approach to personal growth and sustainable wellbeing.

The vision of Grainne Weber from Dublin-based GW Design, interiors were created in consultation with feng shui practitioner and interior designer Edel Cleary.

Inside Dāha Wellness

The 300sqm wellness space offers massages, energy healing, acupuncture, reflexology and Dermalux LED phototherapy in its six treatment rooms.

Each is named after a chakra stone to enhance guests’ wellness journey and has a chakra-themed ambiance. Heated treatment beds are supplied by Bellezi, while towels and spa linens are by BC SoftWear.

“There is nowhere like Dāha Wellness in Ireland. Everything we do is centred around the five pillars of wellness, offering a holistic approach to personal growth and sustainable wellbeing.”
