New spa director for Rockliffe Hall

Luxury golf and spa resort Rockliffe Hall has announced Katie Towersey is to become its new spa director.

With more than 20 years of experience within the wellness and spa industries, including working with ESPA and L’Occitane, Towersey joins the County Durham spa from her most recent position as spa manager at Verbena Spa at Feversham Arms Hotel.

She will be responsible for Rockliffe Hall’s 4,645sqm spa – one of the largest in the UK – and will work alongside its spa partners Neom, [comfort zone] and OPI.

Taking over from Victoria Rickett, who spent a decade at Rockliffe Hall, Towersey said: “I’m delighted to be joining the fantastic spa team at an exciting time as the industry begins to reopen its doors. Guests will arrive with a renewed sense of optimism and appreciation for spa and wellness, and I look forward to ensuring they continue to receive the high standard service for which Rockliffe Hall is renowned for.”
