New spa director appointed at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane

Jenny Jones steps into the role following leadership positions at the Westin London City and Marriott

Jenny Jones has joined Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane as spa director.

European Spa spoke exclusively to the industry veteran about her new role. 

She brings over 18 years’ experience working at renowned luxury spa properties to the position.

These include Heavenly Spa at the Westin London City, St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, Sopwell House Country Club and Spa, Marriott Hanbury Manor Country Club & Spa, Mandara Spa, Park Plaza Hotel and The Sanctuary Covent Garden.

Jones will lead a growing team overseeing all spa and wellness offerings, showcasing her ability to deliver an exceptional spa experience.

Continuing to provide luxury personalised treatments with signature Four Seasons standards at the core, The Spa will also see several new launches this year.

Expanding the business with results-driven treatments

Jones has been appointed with a wide remit. She will lead the expansion of the iconic hotel’s wellbeing offering through health-focused experiences and engaging pop-ups partnerships.

Her plan is to explore new brand partners which offer results-driven treatments.

“I’m excited to join Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane – an iconic hotel synonymous with exceptional service and one-of-a-kind experiences,” said Jones.

“For me, it’s all about the people and how we make them feel. From our teams to our guests and amazing spa brand partners. Connecting with people to create the very best experiences is something that I have always been passionate about.”

Dedication to excellence

Jones started her career at Sopwell House, and The Sanctuary Covent Garden, before joining the team at Mandara Spa, Park Plaza Hotel as assistant spa manager.

In 2013 she took the role of spa manager at Marriott Hanbury Manor Country Club & Spa, where she developed her unique leadership skills, managing a successful team.  

In 2017 she joined St Pancras Renaissance Hotel as spa director. During her four years here, she rebuilt a successful spa team.

Her efforts were rewarded with a Global Edge Spa Award for her performance and contributions to the brand. In 2021 Jones headed up the pre-opening team at the Westin London City as spa director.
