Grantley Hall has appointed Victoria Rickett as its new director of spa and wellbeing.

Rickett joins the Three Graces Spa having worked previously for nearby Rockliffe Hall and the Swinton Estate.

In her new role, Rickett will lead the team at the world-class wellness facility, which was recently named Best Hotel Spa at the Condé Nast Johansens Awards for Excellence 2025.

Rickett said she will strive to enhance the wellness offerings at Three Graces Spa, ensuring guests benefit from the latest advancements in wellness and spa treatments.

“Grantley Hall is an iconic property that boasts a variety of unique treatments and technologies,” she said. “The wellness offering is a huge part of the business and I am honoured to become part of the team.”

The Three Graces Spa

Grantley Hall opened in 2019 following a multi-million-pound four-year restoration project. Located on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, the Three Graces Spa features an 18-metre pool, a selection of thermal facilities and a spa lounge.

Three Graces’ Romanesque wet spa area has a cloistered ceiling, a poolside KLAFS sauna, a steam room and snow room.

The spa opened a new Nordic Spa Garden last summer, which features two Brass Monkey ice baths, a bespoke steam sauna and an outdoor hydrotherapy pool.

“Her expertise and vision align perfectly with our commitment to providing the highest standards of wellness services for our guests.

Victoria’s leadership will be instrumental as we continue to expand and innovate our wellness offerings to meet the evolving needs of our guests.”
