Luxury skincare brand Natura Bissé has appointed Zoe Douglas to the role of spa business development manager.
Douglas joins the Spanish brand with more than 23 years of experience in the spa industry, having previously worked at Six Senses and W Hotels. She has also held roles at several prestigious spas including Fletcher’s Cottage Spa in Scotland and Dormy House Hotel & Spa, where she was awarded the Black Diamond Award for excellence in spa management.
In her new role, Douglas will be responsible for the brand’s accounts in the north of the UK and Ireland.
Commenting on her appointment, Douglas said: “I’ve always loved Natura Bissé and I am honoured to be part of the Natura Bissé team.
“I began my journey with them as a therapist and then went on to introduce the brand into two spa locations as spa manager, so it felt like the next natural step to work for this incredible brand.”
