MGallery Collection hotel partners with Spa L’Occitane for luxury spa in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Tarčin Forest Resort and Spa, part of Accor’s MGallery Collection has opened a new Spa L’Occitane in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Set in a natural environment with memorable forest and mountain views, the eco-friendly 55-room resort hotel is situated 30km west of Sarajevo.

The opening in October highlights the continuing close partnership between L’Occitane and Accor Group as both brands collaborate on several new spa projects both at Sofitel and MGallery Collection hotels.

Catherine Tran, director of spa business development at Spa L’Occitane, collaborates closely with Aldina Duarte Ramos, Accor’s global director of wellbeing on the new projects, with many in the pipeline for 2023 and beyond.

The new 458sqm spa, led by spa manager Amina Bužo, is located on the ground floor and offers a vast array of holistic treatments in its bespoke spa menu.

The wellness centre boasts a large springwater indoor pool, two Finnish saunas, a hammam and an extensive terrace solarium. It also offers a fitness centre with equipment supplied by Technogym.

Three spacious treatment rooms, including one for couples, all benefit from natural light and utilise L’Occitane’s signature beauty products, rich in natural and organic ingredients.

The treatment menu features both new customised facial and body therapies alongside signature treatments from the brand including Immortelle Divine Secret.

A touch of Provence

The guest journey begins with a soothing welcome ritual, followed by a chosen treatment that is designed to engage all the senses, with sensorial textures, relaxing music and herbal teas inspired by Provençal traditions. All treatments are hand-performed and traditional massage techniques are used.
