Mandarin Oriental Costa Navarino is this week launching an exclusive residency with eco-psychology specialist Amy Steadman.

A renowned wellbeing practitioner and a leading voice in the art of reconnection, Steadman will run a six-day residency from 3-8 September.

Hosted in collaboration with Wildsmith Skin, the retreat will include a curated selection of immersive therapies that align with the brand’s integrative wellbeing ethos.

Rooted in nature-led healing, the sessions will invite guests to slow down and experience intelligent, grounded wellbeing.

The week has been designed to help restore emotional balance, ground the nervous system and improve wellbeing.

Signature treatments and mindful practices

Steadman has extensive expertise in positive psychology and nature therapy. She will guide guests through experiences including small group morning mindfulness, nature immersion and sauna therapy.

Her approach blends scientific insight with intuitive, sensory-led rituals to create space for transformation.

The nature immersion sessions will include gentle movement, breathwork and focused observation, to help guests begin to shed the overstimulation of modern life.

The sauna ceremony of stillness will incorporate aromatic steam and traditional leaf whisking, and natural exfoliation to detoxify both body and mind.

Steadman will also be offering one on one nature therapy, which will include guided self-reflection and the space to pause, gain perspective and realign with what feels meaningful.

Other options on the retreat include the Wildsmith Radical Botany Facial, which is a full-spectrum treatment for skin, spirit and nervous system that includes myofascial release, craniosacral holds and breathwork.

In addition to the signature experiences, guests can choose from two immersive retreat formats, either a full-day experience or a condensed morning-to-midday reset

Guests are also invited to take part in the Wildsmith Wellbeing Journey. This multi-day immersion has been crafted to support sustained wellbeing and meaningful, lasting change.
