Made for Life Organics is named as a 'Best for the World' company

Made for Life Organics, a Certified B Corp, has been named a ‘Best for the World™’  B Corp in recognition of its exemplary performance beyond commercial metrics.

For its sustainable business practices, the leading organic brand has ranked in the top 5% of all B Corps in its size group worldwide and has earned the recognition because of its community work initiatives, including supporting local growers in its sourcing as well as its commitment to open spa doors to those going through cancer.

To date, Made for Life Organics has trained more than 2,000 therapists across the UK in Cancer Touch Therapy, enabling accessible wellbeing for all.

The ‘Best for the World’ recognition is awarded by B Lab, the global non-profit network that certifies and mobilises Certified B Corporations, which are for-profit companies that meet ‘the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency’.

There are currently more than 4,000 certified B Corporations across 77 countries and 153 industries, unified by one common goal: to transform the global economy to benefit all people, communities and the planet.

B Corp certification assesses the overall positive impact of the company using the B Impact Assessment to evaluate how an enterprise’s operations and business model impact its workers, community, environment, and customers. To achieve the B Corp Certification, a company must achieve a score of at least 80 points on the assessment.
